Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days after the customer receives the product.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be in its original condition.
- Item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled according to the following schedule:
Within 24 hours (before production begins):
5% cancellation fee
More than 24 hours (production has started):
25% cancellation fee
More than 3 days (production completed):
50% cancellation fee
After shipment:
Orders cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are charged shipping costs at most once.
There are no restocking fees.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Florvao will cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is returned for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Non-returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Used items
- Personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Products without original packaging
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, customers will receive an email notification.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
